It is only 10 - 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport and 6 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,478 square foot unit which comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Come stay at our Grande Villa condo and enjoy the impressive landscaping and immaculately tended grounds. The condo is situated on the final hole of the "Open" Course (which emulates the 18th hole at St. Andrews) and has a terrific panoramic view of the course.
When you drive up the magnolia-lined entryway to World Tour Golf Links, you will have arrived at a golf facility that most golfers only dream about. The World Tour golf facility is comprised of 27 holes inspired by world-renowned courses including Augusta National, St. Andrews, Winged Foot, Oakmont, and Valderrama, to name a few, enabling golfers to sample some of the most famous layouts throughout the world, all in a single day. The superior design and placement of the holes flows naturally and seamlessly together, creating a landscape that reads like a golfer’s fantasy list. In fact, a tee time at World Tour is the equivalent of a golfing passport to some of golf’s most exclusive clubs. You will be assured of a golfing experience like no other. There is also granite kitchen counters, ceramic tile and raised panel cabinets in both kitchen and baths, cultured marble bath-vanity tops with a double sink in master bath, walk-in closet in master bedroom, elevator, central air/heat, 4 cable TV's, DVDs, king size bed, queen size bed & 2 full size beds, a washer & dryer, 157 sq. ft. porch overlooking the 18th fairway & green, linens, bath towels and pool towels are all included. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, meeting facilities, practice greens, driving range and an award-winning pro shop.

Maximum # of rental occupants is 6. However, on an exception basis, 1 or 2 additional occupants may be allowed but there would be an additional fee of $100 - $200/week.
Rental Weeks typically run from Saturday to Saturday. However, on an exception basis, other check-in/check-out days will be allowed but because it splits up other weeks there will be an increase in the rate.

Note: On an exception basis, an early check-in or a late check-out is possible if approved and documented in the rental agreement. The fee for early check-in and/or late check-out is $20 per hour.
Rental rates are subject to a 12% South Carolina hospitality tax and a $100 exit cleaning fee. Note: Save $15 off the cleaning fee if you wash and dry the linens and towels before the 10:00 AM departure time.
There is a also a refundable security deposit of $300.

YOU MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY (excluding minors accompanied by a parent or LEGAL guardian and married couples).
Payment Terms: 1/2 of the rental rate including tax is due upon signing a rental agreement and the remaining 1/2 of the rental rate plus the tax, cleaning fee and refundable security deposit are due 60 days before your arrival date. Note, If you book a rental that is within 60 days of arrival, the entire balance will be due in full when booking.
Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund less a $35 service fee will be provided if the unit is re-rented for the same time period for at least the same amount of rent. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 50% of any rents not received/loss. If you cancel 45 days or less before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 100% of any rents not received/loss.
We frequently offer special reduced rates for available weeks that are within a month or two from the current date. Once you book a rental, that rate will not be reduced if a special rate is offered at a later date.
