Waterway Village is a beautifully landscaped gated community which has an indoor pool, tennis court, barbecue area, a lighted pier, walkway along the Intracoastal and a large "L" shaped outdoor pool & hot tub that overlook the waterway. Waterway Village is conveniently located next to the River Oaks Golf Course (27 holes), 1 mile from the spectacular International World Tour Golf Links (27 holes), 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport, and 5 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,000 square foot unit which comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Picture yourself relaxing on the large screen porch and sipping on your favorite drink while watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. We honestly believe that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again! This unit is available to rent year-round (3 day minimum).

Also has a 6' x 24' screen porch overlooking Intracoastal waterway & outdoor pool, on-site security, linens and bath towels.
Activities: There are books, videos and games. There is even an X-Box console. Just have the kids bring their favorite x-box games.

Maximum # of rental occupants is 4. On an exception basis, 5 occupants will be allowed but there is an additional fee of $50 - $100/week.
Rental Weeks typically run from Saturday to Saturday. However, on an exception basis, other check-in/check-out days will be allowed but because it splits up other weeks there will be a fee ranging from $50 up to $150.

Note: On an exception basis, an early check-in or a late check-out is possible if approved and documented in the rental agreement. The fee for early check-in and/or late check-out is $20 per hour.
Rental rates are subject to a 12% South Carolina hospitality tax and a $85 exit cleaning fee. Note: Save $30 off the cleaning fee if you wash and dry the linens and towels before your departure. Also, there is an additional $20 fee for Sunday cleanings.
There is a also a refundable security deposit of $250.

YOU MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY (excluding minors accompanied by a parent or LEGAL guardian and married couples).
Payment Terms: 1/2 of the rental rate including tax is due upon signing a rental agreement and the remaining 1/2 of the rental rate plus the tax, cleaning fee and refundable security deposit are due 45 days before your arrival date. Note, If you book a rental that is within 45 days of arrival, the entire balance will be due in full when booking.
Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund less a $25 service fee will be provided if the unit is re-rented for the same time period for at least the same amount of rent. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 50% of any rents not received/loss. If you cancel 45 days or less before your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 100% of any rents not received/loss.
We frequently offer special reduced rates for available weeks that are within a month or two from the current date. Once you book a rental, that rate will not be reduced if a special rate is offered at a later date.
